Volunteering at Fluffy Dog Rescue in Hartland, Wisconsin

Since 2006, Fluffy Dog Wellness and Rescue has been making a difference by finding homeless dogs there forever home. Based right here in my hometown of Hartland, the dog rescue is run by community volunteers devoting their time to giving these dogs a new chance at life.

Fluffy Dog Rescue works with kill shelters mostly in Alabama. Their mission is to save the lives of single coat, low shed, fluffy dogs of any size and age in need. Most of the dogs they help are strays, but oftentimes little information is available on the dog’s background. A lot of love and care is needed to train a rescue to be a wonderful household pet. But, they are so worth it!

Fluffy Dog Rescue is run by a dedicated team of volunteers, and they are always looking for help! If you’re a dog lover and interested in spending your time caring for these adorable animals, check them out.

I have volunteered my time taking pictures of these adorable dogs to help them find forever homes. Here are some pictures I took from a rescue of several puppies from down south. The rescue helps support all types of breeds, so this is just one of many groups of dogs and puppies they have helped.

If you’re ever looking for a new family pet, please consider adopting from a local rescue, like Fluffy Dog!

There are dogs of all ages available for adoption.
Not only do you save a dog, but they save you too.
