November 1st: The last night in the United States

The last sunset before leaving the United States.

Today we rode 461 miles. This morning was rain…sideways rain, big ole fat rain, light rain, heavy downpour rain. Yay, rain. Finally, after about one thousand miles into our trip the weather cleared and we had a beautiful afternoon.

Tonight is our last night in the US. After tonight, we will be guests in the 12 countries on our route. For me, it does not feel like we are on a 4 month long journey yet. I feel like I am on vacation and I have to go back to work in a week. I hope that feeling changes tomorrow.

Right now, it is time to relax and watch the Packer game. #GoPack
